Day 16 - Big Day

No, this day wasn't too special. Although one amazing thing happened today, which I wont mention in this blog, sorry. Anyway, I woke up today in a good mood. I'm done with all my exams, so that's one huge burden off my back. The day went by fast actually, I didn't do a thing today, which was nice. Just went about the house, killing time, messing around the computer. You know, you've done it too... I need a bit of rest for tomorrow since I'm taking my college exam, which I'm pretty sure I'm gonna destroy, but I shouldn't be too confident, don't really care. It's just a huge bother, to go all the way there, take the stupid test which is easy, and go home. Fuck that! Although, my friend and I might to to McDonald's which is always good, I love Early-Grave food. That's the only thing making the trip to Belgrade good, my best friend. We're gonna hit a few shops, see what's new, wish we had some of that stuff, like a guitar I saw the other day, ughhh. Gonna have to start killing people for money. Anyway, there's no grand plan for later, it's 00:11 on the clock, people keep interrupting me. I don't really feel sleepy, yet there's nothing to do. I finished watching the 5th season of House, so now I have to wait til September for the 6th season.............................................. A pause, people really need to stop interrupting me. Anyway, there's nothing more I could actually say about today or tomorrow. I'll update this thing when I get home tomorrow.

Day 13 - The Spider Dream

I had a weird dream a few days ago and now I feel like writing it here, it goes something like this...

I was in my house, which for some reason was in a Harry Potter theme, old pots, antique furniture 'n' all. Anyway, I was walking by a small cabinet, and I had a feeling I'd find a magic spider behind it, and to my surprise I did. It was a big black magic spider. This particular magic spider had a rare phenomenon of weaving a golden orb on it's belly while carrying 4 little spiders on it's back, every million years. I really had no idea how I knew of this legend and why it's happening right now, in my house, but i was psyched! A friend was there, but he just stood there, doing nothing. I didn't tell anyone about the spider. Also, there were a few of my girl friends there. One of which was idiotic enough, to run by me, and to avoid smacking into me, she jumped to the side, pushing the cabinet which I was standing by. My initial thoughts were "Oh god, please, just please let the spider be okay." and of course, the spider was crushed. I was so angry and sad at the same time. Angry at my friend and sad because of the spider. After seeing the spider, I sat down on the doorstep, put my right hand on my face, my left hand was extended on my knee. And she walked by me, and put the spider in my hand. The spider was still alive, but barely, it was just twitching and green blood was dripping from it. I was just petting it with my thumb... The spider was really hairy and had spikes on it, they were soft but still sharp. Also, the golden orb was dispelled and the four little spiders died too...

Day 11 - Razor, The Lightning Revenant

Since the new DotA came out, people have been freaking out about the reworked hero, Razor. So I decided to play with him a couple of times and see what's all the fuss about, here's my review of the hero.

Razor, The Lightning Revenant
Razor is lightning incarnate. It is a living being, capable only of unleashing it's tremendous electrical power to anything and everything nearby. The only indication of sentience from it is its ability to control its surges, which never seems to actually strike any it would call friend. Like its namesake, it cuts to the bone, with speed and accuracy, sometimes jumping from one thing to another. Its unnatural form gives it speed, and a thirst for blood. It is a force to be reckoned with, and only the strong dare face it.

Plasma Field

Ability Type: Active
Targeting Type: Instant
Ability Hotkey: F

Razor releases a wave energetic plasma which grows in power as it extends outwards. Deals damage to units both on expansion and on contraction. The further the plasma is from razor the more energy it has.
For detailed information:
http://i41.tinypic.com/2hs7ugy.png

Explanation:
When you activate this spell, projectiles go outward of Razor and when they reach their maximum range, they go back in. The projectiles look like Storm Spirit's attack projectile and they go in a 360 degree angle, like the active ability of Shiva's Guard. Now, here's how it works, in order for it to reach it's maximum damage (level 4) of 350, your target has to be touched twice by the very end rim or the electric circle. Because the circle deals damage while it's expanding and while it's contracting, dealing 175 damage each time it expands/contracts. It takes some time to land both circles right, to deal the maximum damage, but it's worth it. It's also very useful for farming, in lane or in the forest.

Plasma Field

Ability Type: Active
T
argeting Type: Unit
Ability Hotkey: C

Taps into the energy of a target hero, creating a charged link between Razor and his foe. As long as this link is maintained, Razor will continue to steal damage from the target and adds it to his own. Drains up to 10 seconds. Bonus lasts 13 seconds after that.
For detailed information:
http://i43.tinypic.com/282nkhx.jpg

Explanation:
So, at level 4, you steal 20 damage from your enemy every second, for 10 seconds, and the bonus lasts 13 seconds after that. This spell should be cast on the opposing team's DPS/Carry hero, so the effect would be that their main damage dealer would get their damage reduced drastically, while your own damage would get greatly boosted. This spell works well with Razor's Ultimate, Eye of the Storm. Since the target's armor gets reduced, boosting this buff further. This spell can be countered by simply running away from Razor, and the link will break. Although, with his 12% increased movement speed, this would be slightly more difficult, but not too much.

Unstable Current

Ability Type: Passive
Targeting Type: N/A
Ability Hotkey: N/A

Razor's very body is a constantly shifting miasma of dark energy. This unnatural state allows him to move with supernatural speed, and any foe foolish enough to launch a direct magical assa ult against him will have their boldness rewarded with a shock of purging electricity.
For detailed information:
http://i44.tinypic.com/jj1j0i.jpg

Explanation:
Ok, so basically this spell makes you a less desirable target for spells since it deals 100 damage back to anyone that casts a spell on you. It's pretty self explanatory, it boosts your movement speed by 12%, which make chasing down/running away a lot easier. And can be used in effectivly with his Ultimate.

Eye of the Storm

Ability Type: Active
Targeting Type: Instant
Ability Hotkey: E

The Lightning Revenant calls upon a powerful storm of crackling energy, which strikes weakened enemies with deadly bolts of lightning. The storm is charged with Razor's malevolent will, and will seek out only the most injured targets for its armor shattering blasts.
For detailed information:
http://i39.tinypic.com/v30z1v.png

Explanation:
This is the spell that everyone screams "BROKEN" when they see it. Basically, what it does is, picks a random target every 0.6 seconds in a 525 range and deals 62.5 damage to it, it also reduces the unit's armor by 1 point. Since it lasts 30 seconds on level 3, and has a cooldown of 60 seconds it's pretty spammable, and can also be used to clear creep waves really fast. It can be used together with any of Razor's other spells, which makes Razor a really scary hero in a team-fight.

Conclusion:
This is definitely an improvement to Razor, compared to the old one. In short, the old Razor had a steroid spell which increased his attack speed for 100%, but he took 20% more damage while it is active, and without items like Vanguard or The Butterfly, Razor didn't have a lot of chance to survive a good nuking, being an agility-hero (low HP). His second spell was a standard 300 damage Chain Lightning that jumped 9 times. A spell which increased his movement speed by 10% and gave him an extra regeneration of 2HP per second. His ultimate was, Storm Seeker, an ability which damages units around him for 120 damage every few seconds. He was basically and auto-attacking, item-dependent, boring hero.

The new Razor, on the other hand, has a lot of veriety. His first spell takes a bit of skill to land for full damage, his second spell is actually useful, which is basically an anti-carry spell. His third spell allows him to chase down heroes, or run away if needed, it also shocks back for 100 damage, so a near-dead hero won't cast spells on you, unless he has a death wish. And his Ultimate is actually pretty strong now. Some might say it's a bit imbalaned, but I'm not entierly sure, the armor reduction is maybe a bit too much. But, his Ultimate, when you look at, what it basically does, isn't a lot differnt from Krobelus' Exorcism. They both work within a certain area (even though Exorcism can chase down heroes far away from Krobelus), they both damage withing that area for a considerable ammount of damage.

Now, here's something a lot of people don't really know, the Ghosts that are summoned by Exorcism have the "Locust" ability, which bypasses armor(not 100% sure on that one) and other damage reduction items/abilities like Vanguard or Kraken Shell. On the other hand, Eye of the Storm deals magic damage, which gets reduced by default magic resistance (25%), Magina's shield and Hood of Defiance.

Also, Exorcism damages buildings, unlike Eye of the Storm, which makes it an incredibly good pushing tool, but it doesn't reduce armor. On the other hand, Eye of the Storm reduces armor by 1 every strike (which isn't a lot considering there are 5 heroes (and potentially creeps) on the field, but doesn't attack buildings, seems like a fair trade.

This was made in a hurry, so I'm sorry if it looks a bit sloppy, and thanks for reading.

Day 10 - School, DotA

I'm sorry I haven't wrote anything in the blog for a couple days, I've just been busy with school. Which is going great, by the way. Took my math exam, finished it in a flash. Have another exam tomorrow, I think I'm pretty much ready, but I'm not 100% sure. Anyway, the past days were more or less productive, even though I was quite busy. But other then school, I really have nothing to say. I've missed training twice, which is really bad, since we have an exhibition on the 14th in the town of Kragujevac, and I really need to practice my sword fighting techniques. I might devote a blog to explaining Ninjutsu (Bujinkan), because a lot of people aren't familiar with that martial art. Last night, the long awaited DotA 6.60 version came out. I'm quite pleased with the changes. The only thing that I mind is the new item and show layout. There are two new heroes: Tauren Chieftain and Troll Batrider. Now, just like with every new hero, people need to get used to them, playing with them and against them. Also, the hero Razor has been completely reworked. Of course, a lot of people are pissed off because they think he's too imbalanced, overpowered or whatever. Here, I'll do a review of the new hero, in my next blog...

Day 7 - Fawless

I really don't have anything to complain about today. I was woken up by a gorgeous, blond, police girl. She was looking for my "neighbor". Then I went to the store to buy some bread. The store owner's really cute daughter works there from time to time, she always smiles at me when I walk in. Today, she asked me for my phone number, we talked quite a bit via text messages. She seems like a sweet girl, but really childish, so I don't really want anything with her. Later through the day, I talked to a couple of friends, had a lot of laughs. Hung out with my best friend, played some DotA, 't was a blast. Played some Guilty Gear with an extremely good player, it was awesome. Helped out a friend with something. Watched some House, it was a really relaxing day. Sorry, no rants for now, but something's BOUND to piss me off soon. Anyway, I might actually do something with this blog other then just talk about my life that, honestly, you don't care about. So, I'll grease up my brain, and see if I can come up with something cool to write about in the future...

Day 5/6 - This one was nice

Oh well, it's 04:03, I got home recently, and I wasn't home all day, so no blog entry for 5th of June. Anyway, this day turned out to be awesome, woke up at around 9:15, phone woke me up. Canceled the appointment with the dentist, woke up waaaaay too tired to walk all the way downtown just to get my face butchered. When he said "It's okay, call me tomorrow and we'll reschedule it." my face just lit up with joy. Went back to bed, slept for another 45-60 minutes, felt good as hell. Got up, wired my shit together, and went to Belgrade to sign that damn college contract, all went by flying. Been to a mall, watched some stuff, ate some McD's, had a lot of fun. After that, went back home, it started raining, bought bread on my way home, chilled a bit. Washed my hair, maaaaan can that thing be a bitch to dry. -.-'

Later on, went out. Had quite a bit of fun, but later through the night, few people started to annoy me. But I guess that's fine, since my whole day was pretty much awesome.

Anyway, did some stuff in between all of that, but I'm a bit tired to write anything and I doubt you wanna hear about it. XD

I'm off to the sack in a few minutes, will update this tomorrow...

Day 4 - As I expected

It's 11:40 on the clock, and as always, the happy fun times last short. The reason for saying this is, the day went to hell as soon as I opened my eyes, and I'm not even joking. I get woken up by my friend's phone call, turns out, the exam is on Tuesday. I definitely didn't want this to happen, since I'm fucking ready for the god damned fucking thing and I don't want it delayed. After that I went to the dentist's... Oh boy, can that decrepit old fart piss me off to infinity. He always has some grand lecture to give me about every word that comes out of my mouth. Next, he starts fixing my tooth, okay that goes... Not entirely swimmingly but he gets the job done. THEN, he charges me 10 euros MORE then he usually does. My face is like O.o' but no problem, I give him the money. WHILE he was fixing my tooth, my phone starts ringing, of course, I didn't answer it. When I walked out of the office, I look at my phone, turns out the college secretary called me. I ring her, then she calls me back. And oh fucking boy, the conversation didn't really go, as planned. She called me to confirm our meeting tomorrow. Sure no problem, but we had to reschedule the meeting 2 hours later, because of my appointment with the dentist, again, tomorrow. Now, she asked me for some documentation, THAT I TOLD HER I COULD NOT ACQUIRE UNTIL I FINISH FUCKING SCHOOL... Mainly the last diploma. And even though I told her this last time, she asked for them again. I explained it to her again, and she was like: "Okay, no problem, then just get the other documentation and you can bring the rest when you get access to them." This pissed me off severely, since it's just a fucking contract singing. My friend signed the contract, they didn't ask for ANYTHING. This is what pisses me off, why ask ME for documentation, when they didn't request anything from my friend? Anyway, now I don't really have time to rest, I have to run around town, getting my picture taken, getting the other docs that I need for this stupid meeting tomorrow. This would ALL be fine if they told me that I HAD to get them. But they didn't say shit at our last meeting, no docs, nothing, just get the documentation at the exam. The fucking exam isn't tomorrow, it's fucking 13 days from now. As you can tell, I'm pretty pissed off.

And since that wasn't enough, my phone, just magically started fucking up, the keyboard got messed up, half the buttons won't work, the other half has to be pressed really really hard in order to work, but when you press it a bit harder then "really really hard" the button messes up and types out a character that you don't want. My friend just HAD to call me, ask me how I'm doing, what's up etc... And I really don't like this girl, she's just too annoying and childish. I can't stand her even when I'm happy, let alone when I'm about to shoot someone in the face from rage. On my way home, I have to buy bread, got to the bakery, the line is a billion people long, consisting mostly of really old people. I just took off, hoping to find bread in a store further up the street, and I did. Now I got home, get online, a shitload of people I don't like start messaging me. Good thing that among those idiots, there was a guy I respect, so it was all good. Other then that, I told everyone to... Well, lets just say I wasn't really polite. ^_^'

So, the start of the day was pure shit, and the rest of it doesn't seem like it's gonna get any better. On top of all this shit, my tooth just hurts for like 0.5s in 2 second intervals. Sure, I get it, it's supposed to be that way after a major fixing like today, but COME THE FUCK ON. Also, I have no painkillers... Happy fun times. ^_^

Now, I'm just gonna go take a nap, because I could really use one, also I need to wait for my mom to get home so she could give me money to get the pictures taken etc...

Yeah, I know I'm a bit too pissed off, but I can't help it. I used to be a lot calmer a couple years ago. Now? I get annoyed pretty quickly...

Day 3 - A brighter one

Right now, it says 23:13 on the clock, this day was a lot nicer then the past few ones. I was in and out of bed a billion times so I can't really tell when I actually got up, but nevertheless I woke up in a good mood, for some reason. I went to school, did my thing, all went well. Got home went for a nap, talked to a person, dear to me. Did some math, for the exam tomorrow, I hope everything goes swimmingly. Played some DotA against a friend, he pretty much sucks, but it's okay, he started recently. Played some Counter-Strike (not something I usually do) played pretty well, I kept switching between 1st and 2nd best on the server. Oh and, I helped my dad pick out a new DVD burner, since his old one kinda got screwed up, I'm gonna open it up tomorrow or something and see what's up with it. There really isn't much to talk about today... I ate spaghetti and a chicken drumstick, that was pretty awesome. Today went by well...

Day 2 - It never ends

It says 22:53 on my computer clock, I just finished taking a nap, that lasted around 4 hours, if I'm not wrong. I'll try to summarize my whole day... Let's see, I woke up at around 7:15, got up about 5 minutes later. Got dressed, took the stuff I need for the exam, got out of the house, and I just remembered, cell phone! DAMN, run back, get the phone, walk to the door, again, I have the feeling that I forgot something. Then I remember that I have an appointment at the dentist's office, and I have no cash. I call my mom, she tells me that she left some money for me on the shelf. I get the money, get out, all this coming and going resulted in me, being 10 minutes late. Of course, my friend being impatient as always, snapped at me, I tried to explain, and his reaction was: "Aha, excuses.". I told him: "Okay, you have a choice, you can let me explain what happened, or you could be a child and be that way." His reaction of course, was: "I'll be a child.". And me, being in a really bad mood, I didn't want to bother with his childish behavior, the result of this was, no words were spoken from our meeting point, to the school, few words were spoken in the school, also during the exam. I finished my exam before he did, because I had to speed it up a bit, so I could make it to my dentist's appointment. It was around 9:45 when I was done with my exam, went home, ate something, since I wasn't feeling really well. Got online, and at around 11:00 he was too. He told me he had failed, that his mind got blocked. We talked for a few minutes. Before I left the classroom, I left him a book that he needs to finish some paperwork for two other subjects. While I was talking to him over the Internet, I told him to use that book and finish as much as he can while I'm at the dentist's. Since my appointment was at noon, I left shortly, I was there at around 12:04, he wasn't there. I kept ringing and knocking at the door, he still didn't answer. I noticed something was jammed in the door, a piece of paper. It was one of those notices when a mailman comes to your home, you don't answer and he leaves it. Later, you use it at the post office, with some form of ID and pick up your parcel and since mailmen come here only in the morning, proved again by the time stamp on the notice. When you put two and two together, you get to the conclusion that he wasn't home even in the morning. I waited for him for about 10 minutes, he didn't come. Okay, I finally give up, I go to my friend's place, to see how far he's got with the paperwork. Upon my arrival, he was fiddling with his computer. Of course I asked "How much did you finish?" and his answer was: "I didn't even start.". His excuse was that, he was playing Counter-Strike. This pretty much pissed me off, because in the 1h and 20 minutes that he had, he could have finished it no problem. This way, I had nothing. A few minutes later, my best friend calls me asking me to escort him to Belgrade, his dad would drive us. He had to sign a contract with a college that we'll both be attending in the future. We left for Belgrade at around 13:30, got there at around 14:40, took a small walk, got to the college, he did his thing. Went back, it started raining. Now, if my friend was done with the book when he was supposed to, I would have had it in my hands now, my friend's dad could drive me home, I'd be dry. This way, I had to walk back to my friend's house, since his dad left me at the place he picked me up. I didn't mind the rain. When I got to his house, things were a bit silent, I went in quietly, turns out, everyone's asleep. I walked into his room, poked him, he turned around, saw me, turned back and continued sleeping, I took the book off his desk and asked him if he was done, he mumbled something similar to "Mhm". I exited his room, house, and went home, now walking in the rain for almost 2km wasn't really fun, I had no money for a cab and my dad couldn't pick me up. When I got home, I did the usual stuff, had a sandwich, started working on my paperwork, but being extremely tired, I stopped after finishing about 20% (took me around 10 minutes). I took a nap, and 4 hours later here I am. I'll have to finish the paperwork I need for tomorrow. That's about it for today... I'll update this later.

Day 1 - Epilogue

It reads 23:13 on the clock, I got up a few minutes ago, it was a nap. Even though I hate waking up all sweaty and sticky after sleeping through the day, that rarely happens at night. I'll be off to the shower shortly after this entry is done. Since I woke so late, there's no chance of me going to bed anytime soon............ Okay that was a big pause, had to go pick something up from my shelf, only to see that EVERYTHING is on the floor instead of where it should be. I knew who the culprit was, and boy was I pissed. Of course, it was my sister's little kid, he's only about a year and 6-7 months old, something like that. I understand, it's a child, he wants to touch everything, but his damn mother should keep him on a leash! My drawings, all over the place, my carefully stacked posters, on the other end of the room, my two CD bags, couldn't find them, one of them was under the couch, the other one was behind the desk, he broke my stethoscope, my two duck tapes weren't in the drawer and neither was my video tape from my camcorder. But the most important thing that was missing was, my Metal Gear Solid 2 box. After a couple minutes of searching, I found most of the stuff, still can't find a bunch of disks, but they'll turn up eventually. From now on, while I'm sleeping, I'll have to put a mine field and barbwire all over the room, around my computer, shelf and drawer. Anyway, on with whatever I was thinking about earlier... Okay, no sleep blah blah, right... I have an exam tomorrow too, not a big thing, I'll gobble it all up like pudding. But since it's relatively early in the morning, I'll have to stay up, which won't exactly be a problem, when you think about it. Enough, I've babbled for far too long, I'm gonna go take a shower in a few minutes and find something to kill time until later, it's 23:48 on the clock...

Day 1 - The rest of the routine

So, I survived the day, passed both exams with flying colors. Brain is down to 0.6%, so the only thing I can do at this point is take a shower and sink my face into my pillow. Right now it's 14:31 on the clock........... Okay, I had to pause writing for a couple minutes, so I could get some chocolate milk and some cookies. Anyway, on with the story.......... Eh, another pause, further proving my brain is dead, I went looking for a spoon in the pantry where we keep bread, yeah. Okay, now on with the story for real. The only thing worse then walking up the wet hill that I talked about this morning, is walking up that same hill, with the sun frying you, and evaporating all the water that was in the streets, so now you have this dry feeling in your mouth, you can almost taste the dust particles, and since I have long hair, sweat was pouring out of every orifice and pore. I ran into a couple of friends, names are irrelevant. Had more then a few laughs, then one guy left, and I was just chatting with the guy that stayed. He had driving lessons later, so I hung out with him until he had to go, since he was going my way. Then I ran into my sister's ex-boyfriend, had a chat with him too, kinda dry conversation, those kinds always are. I hate smalltalk, I really do. Anyway, went to the nearby store to buy the usual daily groceries, went home and here I am now, eating chocolate milk and cookies, It's 14:56 right now. I actually have training today, as I've mentioned earlier but somehow I doubt I'm gonna make it. Anyway, I gotta finish this snack and I'm off to the sack, I'll update this tonight, maybe.

Day 1 - The start of a routine

Okay, it's 6:29 am, it's a new day. The basic plan for today is like every other, do all the stuff that I'm obligated to, and then turn to my usual stuff.

At around 7:15 I'm gonna have to go to school, I have two exams today, one is irrelevant, the other one is sociology, I'm not worried about actually passing the exams, I'll fly through them like they're not even there. The main bother is, the one is at 7:30 (maybe 8:00) and the other one is at noon. So that's 4 hours I have to throw into the void.

What's really annoying is, it rained, and I haven't slept all night (couldn't sleep, I'll explain this in another blog). So now, I have to drag my ass downtown, already being sleepy, I also know I'm gonna be cold, and I really hate the morning after it rains.

After those damn exams, I have two choices, go home and sleep or go to a friend's place (the same friend I go to school with). After we take an exam, we usually go to his place, have a few laughs, drink some soda or beer. But this time I actually think I'm just gonna go hit the sack. I actually have stuff to do with him also (math included) but I just don't have the strength today.

When I finally drag my ass up this cold, wet hill, we call a town, I'm gonna sit at my computer (even though my brain will be working at around 0.02% at that hour) finish all the crap that I usually do, it won't take long, put on some soothing music and lie down on the couch next to my computer.

I'll set my phone to ring at around 17:30 so I could get up to go train. Knowing myself, it's gonna take a cannon to get up. To add to the annoyance, we recently moved out of the dojo, so now we train at our town fortress(there's a small story behind this, I'll explain in another blog), other sports/martial clubs train there sometimes. But, it rained, so training is gonna be a bitch, and NO, my sensei won't care about the wet grass and mud. I actually don't have a problem with training in those conditions, we used to fight WHILE it was raining, but TODAY, I just really don't feel like doing anything, I just wanna sleep...

It's 6.56 now, people keep messaging me, so my typing is a bit slow. I'll update this thing later, and see how my day actually turned out.

The Beginning

Eh, this is just another way for me to waste my time. I'm not even sure if I'll post frequently. Not expecting a lot of people to read this either. It's been chaotic for me lately, finishing school, preparing for college and such. For a start, here's some info about me/things I waste my time with:

1. -DotA-
While not too frequently lately, because of the mass delays for the 6.60 version to come out, I play DotA a lot in my spare time, mostly with my friend.

2. -Movies, TV shows, music...-
Yeah, you get it, any form of media. I don't like watching TV. Mostly because the stuff they show here is worthless. Also, I don't like the idea of having to park myself in front of it at some specific time to watch something. But the computer is a different story, when I wanna watch something, it's right there, on The Internet.

3. -Ninjutsu-
I've trained ninjutsu for a bit over two and a half years, it used to be a huge part of my life, lost a dear person because of it. But as any other thing, you get used to it, over the course of time, everything loses it's shine. I'm still pretty fond of it, I try to train regularly, but with the extra exams these days, it's a bit tricky. It's a good martial art, keeps your body in shape and your health at an optimal level. It's quite effective in fights too.

I think that's more then enough for a first entry, I'll post something later.
